After starting my career as a research assistant and consultant at the Institute for Marketing and Strategic Management at the University of Bern, I built up the strategy consulting firm Impact -massnahmenorientierte Unternehmensberatung AG together with partners and then the consulting firm Valion AG, which specializes in transformation projects. During this time, I managed more than 100 projects for various clients in Switzerland and abroad.
As CIO and member of the Group Executive Board of AMAG Automobil- und Motoren AG, I subjected my consulting concepts to a "reality check": AMAG Informatik was certified as the first "vision-led IT organization" in Switzerland in December 2016. In the same year, I received the award as "Swiss CIO of the Year".
In 2018, I founded the consulting firm Admomentum AG with a focus on making my experience as a consultant and CIO available to other CIOs in a sparring format.
Thanks to all this experience, I now know how decisive leadership behavior is for a leader's success. That is why I founded the coaching company freudiger.coach at the beginning of 2020. The aim of the coaching sessions is to improve the behavior of managers and teams and thus to act more successfully. In 2021, my book "The Phoenix Principle - Ways to New Motivation and Excellence in Leadership" was published.
